I love it when kids use a word, but don't quite get the meaning right! This conversation occurred at dinner tonight...
Ava- "What do I do with this (referring to her garlic bread)?"
Me- "Eat it!"
Ava- "But it's making me starve!"
Me- "What? Just eat the bread, Ava."
Ava- "But I'm Starrrrrrrving! It's making me starve!"
She did end up eating the bread, but I never could convince her that it wasn't making her starve. ;)
